MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday said the resignation of Manuel Bonoan as public works secretary was mainly due to “command responsibility.”

Speaking at the sidelines of the Turismo Asenso Loan Program awarding ceremony in Pasay City, Marcos said that Bonoan felt the need to step down because issues surrounding the government’s flood control projects “happened under his watch.”
“So, under the principle of command responsibility, he felt that he should leave his post,” he told reporters.
Transportation Secretary Vivencio “Vince” Dizon replaced Bonoan., This news data comes from:http://har-xvpa-nox-ndrw.jyxingfa.com
Bonoan resigned due to command responsibility — Marcos
“Why Vince Dizon? Because he's done a very good job at the Department of Transportation and I think he's already set the stage for all of the things we need to do,” Marcos said.
